Service description
Length calibration of single-mode or multimode fibres and optical fiber recirculating delay lines, applicable to fibre lengths from 1 m to 50 km and wavelengths 850 nm, 1300 nm, 1310 nm, 1383 nm, 1490 nm, 1550 nm, 1625 nm and 1650 nm. The following services are carried out:
1.- Measurements by the time-of-flight method at 4 lambdas.
2.- Measurements using the time-of-flight method at 2 lambdas.
3.- Measurement of fibre length by means of OTDR.
4.- Measurement of the length of recirculating delay lines by means of OTDR.
