Service description
Q-Exactive mass spectrometer equipped with a nano ionization source connected on-line to a nano-UHPLC Easy-LC 1000. We also have a Neo Vanquish nano-UHPLC coupled to the Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer via the NanoSpray Flex NG ion source (Thermo Scientific). These instruments are suitable for most proteomic analyses.
Applications:
Identification and quantification of proteins in complex proteomes, in samples of low and medium complexity. identification of phosphorylation sites or other modifications, as well as for performing differential quantitative proteomics experiments (SILAC, iTRAQ, Label-free). SIM (single ion monitoring) and PRM (parallel reaction monitoring) experiments, specific to targeted proteomics.
