Service's description

El Laboratorio de Humanidades Digitales del ILC se ha creado con el objetivo de dar servicio tanto a los proyectos del ILC como a grupos de investigación que no sean del ILC, dentro y fuera del CSIC. Los técnicos contratados por diversos medios en el LabHD, filólogos con experiencia en proyectos de HD, cubren un amplio espectro de servicios en Humanidades Digitales; por eso, aunque su labor prioritaria es la de dar servicio a los proyectos del ILC, con el fin de financiar la adquisición de hardware y software necesarios para las HD en el ILC o incluso de generar ingresos para nuevos contratos en el ILC, el técnico o los técnicos contratados dan servicio externo dentro y fuera del CSIC, en los siguientes ámbitos:

Annotation of HHDD data consists of: - Selection of the most suitable type of annotation for a text, an image or collection of texts or images according to their characteristics, the needs as well as the objectives of the research project,, the controlled vocabularies already in use and the FAIR principles. - Development of vocabularies customization (ex. TEI Customization) and ontologies to define guidelines for tagging. - Development of tools for automatic parsing from and/or conversion into annotated corpora.
