Study of microstructural and crystallographical parameters and micro-texture analysis in polished metallic materials by calculating angles and spacing in the electron backscattered difracction patterns generetaed in polished specimens
Types of analysis: point, discrimination phase, orientation and texture maps, grain size distribution, type of grain boundaries, etc.
Equipment: HKL Nordlys Channel 5 installed in the SEM JSM6500F
Software:
Flamenco: image acquisition, Kikuchi diagrams and indexing.
