The funding agents of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation System will undertake "Measures for the inclusion of the gender perspective as a transversal category in science, technology and innovation, and for the promotion of a balanced presence of women and men in all areas of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation System". (art.33.j) of Law 14/2011, of 1 June, on Science, Technology and Innovation).

Women Researchers Reports

The Women and Science Committee regularly writes up reports on gender distribution of the CSIC staff in the different categories, as well as proposals aimed at promoting the access to and promotion of women at the CSIC.
