Scholarships for starting a research career CSIC’s JAE Intro

The CSIC develops the JAE Programme “Junta para la Ampliación de Estudios” to train researchers and technicians. It was created to commemorate the centenary of this institution, predecessor of the CSIC.

JAE Intro Programme

The JAE Intro Programme offers scholarships at CSIC centres (own, joint and associated units) and is aimed at university students with and excellent academic transcript. Its objectives are to let students interested in research careers know the possibilities offered by the CSIC centres and institutes and to encourage their approach to scientific topics and ways to solve them and, ultimately, to the research career.

This call is aimed at university students interested in starting a research career with the possibility of collaborating with one of the research groups that develop their work at CSIC own and joint centres, institutes and units.

The CSIC’s objective is to make known, within the university environment, the professional possibilities offered by the CSIC centres and institutes, and its joint centres and units, and promoting an approach to the knowledge of the current scientific-technical problems as well as the methods used to solve them.
