Micro/Nanometric Circuits and Systems


MINCAS (Micro/Nanometric Circuits and Systems) is a research group formed by scientists of the Institute of Microelectronics of Seville, IMSE-CNM (CSIC), and professors of the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism of the University of Seville, Spain. The main research activities developed by the group deal with the following research lines: - Sigma-Delta Data Converters - Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits for Space Applications - Modeling, Design and Synthesis Techniques of Analog, Mixed-Signal, RF and Heterogeneous Circuits and Systems - Security and Reliability in CMOS and Emerging Technologies
