Computational Chemical Biology

Our research interests lie at the interface between Chemistry and Biology. We apply Molecular Modeling and Computational Chemistry to the understanding of ligand-receptor interactions and molecular recognition processes in innate immunity relevant for the design of drugs and biological probes. We combine these investigations with structural and biological studies, within a multidisciplinary and integrative approach. Currently, the members of the group are: Sonsoles Martín-Santamaría, PI Alejandra Matamoros Recio, Postdoctoral Researcher Marina Mínguez Toral, Predoctoral Researcher Olmo Martín Cámara Postdoctoral Researcher Predoctoral Researcher (under recruitment) Postdoctoral Researcher (under recruitment)
