ARTIFICIAL PERCEPTION GROUP

The GPA group is a pioneer and European leader in the development of perception systems and solutions based on intelligent and cooperative robots (multi-robot systems and cobots), providing solutions to a wide range of complex problems. The group's research focuses on technology transfer, mainly in the agricultural sector, which is of great importance in Europe. The proposals are always based on an environmentally friendly approach that allows, among other things, to reduce the use of water and chemical products by means of an effective distribution of inputs adapted to the variability present in the crops, which is known as Precision Agriculture. The research is fully aligned with the SDGs, highlighting goals 1, 2, 3 -No Poverty, Zero Hunger and Health and Wellbeing- which focus on improving food quality, maximising yields and reducing the use of agrochemicals as well as the human effort required.
