ASF limit reference serum is intended to be used for quality control as limit reference sera on ASF antibody detection techniques, being used at working dilutions of 1/30 for ASF-WOAH-ELISA and 1/40 for ASF-WOAH-IB and for ASF-EURL-IPT.
Reference material has been inactivated by heat treatment at 56°C for 70 minutes followed by lyophilization.
Provision to ASF National Reference Laboratories and collaborations with Autorithed National or International organisms and institutions.
