ASF CP Positive Reference Serum

ASF positive reference serum is intended to be used for quality control as positive reference sera on ASF antibody detection techniques, being used at working dilutions of 1/30 for ASF-WOAH-ELISA and 1/40 for ASF-WOAH-IB and for ASF-EURL-IPT.
Reference material has been inactivated by heat treatment at 56°C for 70 minutes followed by lyophilization.

ASFV semipurified antigen ASFV-Ag 05 ml

In the ASFV semipurified antigen are represented the proteins that induces antibodies at early and late times post-infection and includes the most antigenic proteins p72, p54 and p30.
