Key Quantum Challenges: Roadmap to international collaboration

As a critical emerging technology, Quantum promises to revolutionise the world of computing and to reshape deeply Europe’s economy and society as we know in the next decades.

The international conference led by the CRIQUE (Cercle en Recherche et Innovation Québec-Europe) network seeks to open and assess the prospects of collaboration between Europe, Quebec and Canada, particularly in rapidly evolving areas such as talent, knowledge, infrastructure, and foreign investment.

The virtual conference Key Quantum challenges: Roadmap to international collaborationwill be featured by the representative of the EU Quantum Flagship, Professor Tommaso Calarco, to outline the European Union Quantum agenda and its international cooperation priorities.

Building on last year’s CRIQUE workshops, this event will address the most pressing Quantum challenges with experts from the research community and industry, namely Olivier-Gagnon Gordillo (Head of Quebec Quantique), Andrew Fursman (1Qbit Cofounder and CEO), and Verónica Fernández (tenured scientist at the Spanish National Research Council, CSIC).

The webinar will be on March 3 (4.30pm - 5.30pm Brussels times – 10.30am - 11.30am Quebec time).
